Survivors Of Cancer – Join The Local Fight Against Cancer

Our purpose is to aid and assist in the fight against the devastating disease of cancer. All funds collected will be used for Cape May County cancer patients in treatment.

Our Story

The Survivors of Cancer (SOC) was founded in the spring of 2002 by Jimmy Kane, owner of the former Red Garter (Jimmy’s) in North Wildwood New Jersey. His idea was to raise funds through various events to help men, women and children with any type of cancer.

How Does It Work?

Here at Survivors of Cancer, we receive referrals from doctor offices, social services, hospital social workers, and personal contacts of cancer patients in need of help during treatment.
